Medidrops, established in 2013, has been a key player in representing internationally recognized brands in the fields of medical aesthetics and dermocosmetics. However, by 2021, the company felt it had lost its originality amidst the ever-changing business landscape.

Enter us. Tasked with a full-scale rebrand, we set out to reposition Medidrops on the global stage and breathe new life into its profile. Let us tell you this beauty-full story.

Recreating the Core Philosophy

We decided to retain the company’s name, which already held recognition and trust, but it needed a modern spark to truly thrive. From the ground up, we rebuilt Medidrops’ philosophy, reinvigorating its vision and refocusing its mission. This journey naturally led to the creation of the company’s new motto:

“If there is beauty in science, there is definitely science in beauty.”

Renewing Communication Channels

With the core redefined, we turned to communication, tailoring strategies for the company’s two key audiences: doctors and beauty salons. Recognizing their unique needs and paces, we developed a versatile brand identity that seamlessly adapted to each communication channel.

Digital Transformation

To align with Medidrops’ new values of speed, efficiency, and clear communication, we led the digital transformation of its operations. This modernization ensured smoother workflows and better client interaction—all without disrupting existing processes.

From redefining the company’s essence to revamping its identity and streamlining operations, this was nothing short of a textbook 360° rebrand. Medidrops is now poised to thrive in a competitive global market with renewed focus, clarity, and purpose.

Corporate Social Responsibility: Empowering Change

Medidrops goes beyond business, making a powerful impact through participating in Project EQUAL, a project dedicated to combating gender-based violence. Their short film, There Is Definitely Beauty in Facing Your Fears!, captures the courage and resilience of overcoming fear with minimalist yet moving visuals.
