After achieving global success and garnering praise from top business journals, the company set its sights on expanding into Greece in 2019—and that’s where we came in.

From A to Z: Mapping the Expansion

We took on everything from mapping and designing the Greek expansion programme to realizing and executing the plan. Applying our Design Thinking methodology, we conducted a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to set clear goals and create a robust, actionable strategy.

Curating Execution

Coordinating international teams across multiple countries proved challenging but rewarding, requiring sharp intercultural and collaborative leadership skills to bring the expansion plan to life.

Strategic Communication & Marketing

In tandem, we developed and executed a comprehensive communication and marketing plan, which included:

  • Content strategy

  • Social media campaigns

  • Launching a new website

  • Physical activations and PR activities

  • Influencer marketing

  • Strategic lobbying efforts
